- Check the email address: Make sure the recipient’s email address has been entered correctly and contains no typos
- Correct login: Check whether the recipient is logged into the RBL Ticket App with the same email address the ticket was forwarded to
- Update the app: Make sure you’re both using the latest version of the RBL Ticket App. If necessary, uninstall the app and download it again from the Google Play Store or App Store. For Huawei devices, updates must be carried out via this link.
