Yes, you can easily manage and use multiple tickets in the RBL Ticket App.

At the entry gate, you can scan the tickets one after another to enter the Red Bull Arena. Please note that each ticket must be personalised in order for the QR code to be activated.

 

 

The RBA Ticket App is used exclusively for our away fans, provided the visiting club has chosen digital ticket delivery.

Error messages in the RBL Ticket App can have several causes. Here are some steps that may help:

  • Check app version: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the RBL Ticket App. If needed, update it via the Google Play Store or App Store
  • Internet connection: Check that you have a stable internet connection. A weak or missing connection can cause error messages
  • Clear cache and stored data: Delete the cache or stored data of the app in your smartphone settings to fix potential issues
  • Restart: Fully close the app and restart it. Alternatively, restart your phone
  • Reinstall: If the problem persists, uninstall the RBL Ticket App and download it again

Entry is only possible using the ticket in your RBL Ticket App and the QR code displayed there.

  • The QR code becomes visible from 08:00 on matchday, provided your tickets have been correctly personalised

If you are experiencing issues with your ticket(s) on matchday, our ticketing staff are available to help you.

  • Our ticket offices at the Fanhaus (Jahnallee) and at the Service Centre (Stadionvorplatz) open from two hours before kick-off
  • There, you will be able to upgrade your tickets or deal with other issues relating to your tickets

Yes, ticket personalisation can easily be changed.

  • Open the ticket in your RBL Ticket App
  • Select the “Personalise” option to make any necessary edits to the first name and surname

 

Some common troubleshooting tips:

  • Check the email address: Make sure the recipient’s email address has been entered correctly and contains no typos
  • Correct login: Check whether the recipient is logged into the RBL Ticket App with the same email address the ticket was forwarded to
  • Update the app: Make sure you’re both using the latest version of the RBL Ticket App. If necessary, uninstall the app and download it again from the Google Play Store or App Store. For Huawei devices, updates must be carried out via this link.

As long as the recipient hasn’t accepted the ticket yet, you can cancel the forwarding process.

  • Open your RBL Ticket App and select “Forward” from the menu at the bottom of the screen
  • Under the “Pending” section, you can cancel the ticket forwarding process
  • Once cancelled, the ticket will be returned to your RBL Ticket App and you can forward it to the correct email address

 

The QR code is activated on matchday at 08:00.

  • Make sure your ticket has been personalised correctly, as the QR code only becomes visible once personalisation has been completed.
