From two hours before kick-off, our clearing ticket booths will be open at the "Fanhaus" (Jahnallee) and at the Service Centre (in front of the stadium). 

 
At the clearing ticket booths, you can upgrade the tariff of your ticket or seek assistance with any other issues.

We are also available by telephone at +49 341 124 797 777 from five and a half hours before the match starts until kick-off.
