Larger bags and items of luggage exceeding the permitted size of 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm can be stored at our drop-off containers. These are located at the Stadionvorplatz, the Fanhaus, the Rosengarten entrance and at the away section.
When leaving your items, you’ll receive a token which you can use to collect them again up to 90 minutes after the end of the match.
Posters are generally permitted in the Red Bull Arena, but must comply with certain requirements relating to size, content and materials.
- Posters up to size A1 (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm) may be brought in without prior notice, e.g. for jersey requests. Please note that checks will still be carried out at the entrance.
- Posters larger than A1 are not permitted and will be refused at the entrance.
Permitted items include, among others:
- Umbrellas up to 30 cm in length
- Rucksacks and bags with maximum dimensions of 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm
- Drinks in originally sealed Tetra Paks (for children aged 0–6 years) up to 330 ml
Please note that the following items are not permitted:
- Pushchairs
- Power banks
- Tablets

Smoking is prohibited in all stands (standing and seated areas), but not throughout the entire stadium.
Smoking areas:
- In the lower tier, smoking is permitted behind the red line
- In the upper tier, smoking is permitted from the bridges leading to the grassy banks and beyond (not within the immediate stadium perimeter) and also behind the red lines
- In the VIP area, smoking is permitted behind the last row of seats
Note: If you notice someone smoking in the stands, politely address the person or alert our security staff, who are authorised to intervene.
