Ticket Purchase

• Tickets for the away section are only available through the visiting club.

• Depending on demand, the away allocation at the Red Bull Arena includes blocks 3.2 to 7.

• Ticket prices are published on our website a few days before the pre-sale begins.

• Prices and category allocations vary depending on the opponent and are set individually.

• We utilise a dynamic pricing system. This means ticket prices may rise after pre-sales have started and the closer it gets to matchday. Secure your seats early to benefit from the lowest prices!

• Tickets can only be purchased via the RBL online ticket shop [insert link]. Buying tickets in the Fan Stores or by phone is not possible.
 
• If you are unable to purchase tickets through the RBL online ticket shop, tickets may also be available – depending on availability – from the ARENA Ticket counter once general sale has begun.

• There will be no box office on matchday.
➔ Please purchase your tickets either via the general sale or check the RBL Ticket Exchange, which can be found in the RBL online ticket shop. In this way, you can view all available tickets at a glance.

• Home games: Tickets will be made available in the RBL Ticket App 10 to 14 days before the respective game.

• Away games: Tickets for most Bundesliga away games will also be made available via the RBL Ticket App. These are usually available three days before the match. If the home club uses a different ticketing method, we’ll let you know when purchasing the tickets.

• Ticket sales for our home matches usually begin four to six weeks before the respective game.
 
• Ticket sales generally take place in four phases:
 
Phase 1: Fans considered regulars (usually from 10:00)
 
Phase 2: Season ticket holders, Official Fan Club members, Gold/Silver supporting members, Bulli’s Bande members (aged 7 and over), RB2B members (usually from 14:00)
 
Phase 3: RBL fans - all RBL supporters who attended at least four different home matches at the Red Bull Arena during the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons (usually from 16:00)
 
Phase 4: General sale (usually from 10:00 the following day, depending on availability)

The following payment methods are available in the RBL online ticket shop:

 

• PayPal

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex)

• Apple Pay & Google Pay

• Klarna instalments, Klarna invoice with 30-day payment period, and Klarna direct debit

• When selecting your tickets in the RBL online ticket shop, you can choose the desired category on the right-hand side. If you’ve selected several tickets, you can click on each one under “Your selection” at the bottom to adjust the category individually.

• After choosing the category, click “Add to cart." NOTE: Once you've added tickets to your cart, it’s no longer possible to change the category.

• Discounts are available for:

Children up to 14 years old, pupils and students, young people up to 18 years old, apprentices, pensioners, people with severe disabilities (degree of disability 50% or more), citizens on social benefits/Leipzig Pass holders, OFC members, and those on federal voluntary service.

Tickets are excluded from exchange and cancellation (see T&Cs). It is therefore not possible to return tickets.

 

• However, you can offer your tickets for resale via our RBL Ticket Exchange. Instructions can be found under the question: “How can I list my ticket in the Ticket Exchange if I can’t make it to the match?”

• If your ticket is successfully resold, you’ll be refunded the price you paid for the ticket. The refund will be issued within 14 working days to the bank account linked with your RBLogin.

• A maximum of six tickets can be purchased per account.
• For high-profile matches, the maximum per account (RBLogin) is limited to two tickets.
• For groups of seven people or more, we generally offer group bookings, depending on availability.

  • Tickets for away matches can be purchased within sales phases 1 to 3.

  • If you fall under one of these groups, please visit our RBL online ticket shop and log in with your RBLogin. The away allocation will then be displayed in your account, and you can book your tickets directly.

  • Tickets may also go on general sale for selected away matches. All information on pre-sales for your chosen away match can be found HERE.
