Can I upgrade my concession ticket?
- You can upgrade your ticket in the RBL online ticket shop using your RBLogin under “Exchange tickets” once the general sale for the home match has begun.
- On matchday, tickets can be upgraded from two hours before kick-off at the Service Point Fanhaus (Jahnallee) or at the Service Centre (Stadionvorplatz).
Please note:
- Payment can only be made by card
- It is not possible to downgrade a ticket
- Only the original purchaser can upgrade tickets via their RBLogin in the RBL online ticket shop
- Forwarded tickets can only be upgraded on site
- If a ticket has already been forwarded, it will no longer appear available online for upgrading. In this case, you can either:
1. Return the ticket to the original purchaser so they can upgrade it online, or
2. Have the upgrade carried out directly on matchday on site
