Can I cancel my booking?
Ticket exchanges are not possible, as stated in sections 2.4, 2.5 and 7.
Refunds and returns as a gesture of goodwill are subject to the decision of RB Leipzig on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with Section 8 of the general ticket terms and conditions.
Is it possible to purchase vouchers for a stadium tour?
We do not currently offer vouchers.
