• You can request exclusive stadium tours by email. Just contact our service team via service@rbleipzig.com.

    In order to offer you an exclusive tour, we will need your contact details, including a telephone number and the amount of people on the tour. You can also send us possible dates and times, as well as any additional offers you would like to book (e.g. goal target shooting, a visit from Bulli etc.).

    Please note that we plan our schedule 4-6 weeks in advance, so we ask you to make your request for an exclusive tour during this timeframe.

     

  • Yes, we offer stadium tours. You can find everything you need to know about our tours HERE.

    Tickets for the guided tours can be purchased HERE.

    The schedule for each month will generally be announced in the second half of the previous month.

  • All tours begin at the main building (north) at the Red Bull Arena (Am Sportforum 3, 04105 Leipzig), which is located immediately to the right of the main stadium entrance

    The tours end at the fan store at the Stadionvorplatz (except on Sundays and bank holidays).

  • Public tours are offered in German

    Individual tours are also available in English.

  • A maximum of 25 people can take part in a public tour. Our exclusive group tours can be arranged to accommodate any group size. 

  • We do not currently offer vouchers. 

  • Limited free parking is available at the fan shop at the Stadionvorplatz across from the Red Bull Arena.

    Access is available via Friedrich-Ebert-Straße.

  • Photos and videos are permitted as long as they are for personal use only. Sound recordings are not permitted.  

  • We ask for your understanding that eating or drinking during the tour is not possible.

  • Ticket exchanges are not possible, as stated in sections 2.4, 2.5 and 7.

    Refunds and returns as a gesture of goodwill are subject to the decision of RB Leipzig on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with Section 8 of the general ticket terms and conditions.

  • Due to the nature of the stadium (i.e. several stairs), we recommend you avoid bringing a stroller with you for your tour.

    Instead, we would advise you to use a child carrier.
