Outside of matchdays, you can bring bags and rucksacks with you on the stadium tour.
Please note that there are no storage facilities available on site.
On matchdays, the official stadium regulations will be enforced, with only bags and rucksacks up to A4 size permitted.
No, visitors are not permitted to step onto the pitch during the stadium tour.
We ask for your understanding, as the pitch is a protected area.
Outside of home matchdays, a limited number of free parking spaces are available at the RBL Store at the Stadionvorplatz opposite the Red Bull Arena. These can be accessed via Friedrich-Ebert-Straße.
On home matchdays, please follow the general travel information provided to visitors.
Photos and videos may only be taken for personal use.
Audio recordings are not permitted.
Food and drinks are not available inside the stadium during the tours. However, on tours outside of matchdays, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Due to the layout of the stadium, which includes numerous steps, we recommend not bringing a pushchair. A baby carrier or backpack carrier would be the ideal alternative.
