Tickets usually go on pre-sale 4-6 weeks ahead of the game. Check our pre-sale calendar (German) for an overview of all of the current advanced ticket sales.
Tickets are available exclusively in the RBL online shop.
You need a user account to buy tickets. If you don’t have a user account yet, you can register in the RBL online ticket shop with an RBLogin using your email address.
If you already have a user account at rbleipzig.com, you can log into the RBL online ticket shop with the same details.
After your registration, select the desired match and then select your tickets via the stadium overview.
If a game is sold out, you can check the ticket resale, where fans resell their tickets if they are unable to attend a game.
Tickets in the ticket resale will only be sold at the full-price tariff.
You can select from the following tariffs: Vollzahler (full price), Ermäßigt (concessions), Schüler/Student (pupils/students) and Kind (children).
After selecting the correct tariff, click "Add to cart". Please note: Once tickets have been added to the cart, you can no longer edit the tariff.
Please note that you can only select different tariffs in the pre-sale. All tickets in the ticket resale are sold at the full-price tariff.
We accept the following pament methods: credit card, PayPal and Klarna instant bank transfer.
The tickets appear in the RBL ticket app after the purchase. Please note that the tickets do not always appear in the ticket app immediately after they are bought.
You can find out the dates for ticket sales at rbleipzig.com in the pre-sale information for each game.
More information about the RBL ticket app can be found here, including everything you need to know about registration in the app, exchanging tickets and personalisation.
Tickets can be upgraded in the RBL online ticket shop in your RBLogin under "Exchange tickets" from the start of the general sale for the respective match.
Tickets can also be upgraded on the day of the match from two hours before kick-off at the "Fanhaus" service point (Jahnallee) and at the service centre (stadium forecourt).
Tickets can only be upgraded via card payment.
Downgrading tickets to a cheaper tariff is not possible.
Only the original purchaser can upgrade the tickets in advance via their RBLogin in the online ticket shop. If you have been forwarded the tickets, you can only upgrade your ticket at the stadium.
If the ticket has already been forwarded, it can no longer be upgraded online.
The ticket must then either be sent back to the original purchaser or upgraded at the stadium on the day of the game.
You have the possibility to offer your tickets for resale in our ticket exchange.
Tickets can be added to the ticket exchange as soon as match tickets go on general pre-sale.
You can place your tickets in the ticket exchange via our RBL online ticket shop. You can do this via your RBLogin under "Resell tickets".
It is IMPORTANT that you do not place the tickets in resale via the "Ticket exchange" tab, but rather via your RBLogin.
All season tickets are displayed in the Ticket Exchange as full-price tickets. Matchday tickets are placed in the Ticket Exchange with the respective tariff.
For example, a season ticket seat can be transferred to another user. Please use this option to give as many RB Leipzig fans as possible the opportunity to watch the match live.
In the event of a successful resale, we will need your bank details as we are currently unable to transfer funds back via the instant payment methods.
If you do not resell your ticket, you will not be credited.
Resale via other platforms is illegal and will be prosecuted with legal consequences.
Exchange and return of tickets are generally excluded (see ticket terms and conditions). Tickets can therefore not be returned. We therefore ask you to resell via our ticket resale. Please see the "What do I do with my tickets if I can't go to a match?" question to find our more information about this.
If your ticket is resold, payment will be made within 14 working days of the resale to the bank details stored in your user account.
